Career In Real Estate-Est. 2003

I jumped into real estate working full-time in 2003. Since this time I've worked primarily in residential resale, relocation, and investment properties. My focus has always been to provide the best service possible by listening to clients needs first, and working with them to craft a detailed plan to assist with obtaining the best results possible.

In 2015 I began with the Windermere Professional Partners management training program, and in 2016 joined us as part of our management team! I managed our Gig Harbor office in 2016 and have now been the manager of our Tacoma Branch since December 2017.

Getting into managment was a goal I had set for myself in 2013 and has been one of the best deicisiona I have made in my career thus far. Alot of people wonder if I still work marketing and selling real estate, and my answer is always, "Of course I do!" I thrive with all of the challenges and rewards of this career!

Industry Work

Jasmyn's involvement with real estate and the community spans far beyond our office, though—Jasmyn serves in several important roles and positions. She has been the Diversity Chair for Washington REALTORS®, YPN Chair, and Key Contact for a State Representatives.

She has also served in many different capacities with the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS® Executive Board of Directors, and recently was award the prestigious 2017 REALTOR® of the Year Award! Something she worked hard to accomplish.

One of her most impactful times serving in the real estate community was with the Women’s Council of Realtors. Here she served as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Member of the Year, as well as Entrepreneur of the year.

Rest assured that she will continue to be around sharing ideas and working towards the future of real estate with her fellow colleagues.

Born and raised in the PNW! Specifically Tacoma, which is why I was ecstatic when WPP asked if I would take the job as manager for our Tacoma office.  When I'm not working I am either doing some form of physical activity, cooking, spending time with friends and family, traveling, loving on my adult daughter, and or snuggling with my adorable dog Chuck (sometimes both!).
